From the panoramic swimming pool, your gaze travels along the entire length of the Etsch Valley, towards the Vinschgau and into the Passeier Valley.

The panoramic outdoor pool in Schenna is open from the end of May to the middle of September from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and can be reached by car, foot or bus from the village centre.

The public outdoor pool impresses with a modern architecture and a splendid panoramic view of Meran and the surrounding mountains.

The complex offers its guests a water slide, a large lawn area, a children’s pool, a whirlpool, a modern restaurant with sun terrace and panoramic foot bridge, 4 bowling alleys and 2 tennis courts.

Schenna has five kilometres of ‘coast’

Schenna is not only an ideal hiking destination. In the southern slopes above Meran, there is an endless range of hotel pools (129 to be precise!), as well as outdoor swimming pools. Altogether 5 kilometres of ‘coast’. Like glittering loggias, the swimming pools in hotels, guesthouses and even farmhouses sit above apple orchards and hay meadows. They are the ideal place to relax and enjoy the cool waters after an exciting and varied outdoor experience in the surrounding area.

Opening hours and information

The panoramic outdoor pool in Schenna is open from the end of May to the middle of September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.)

Restaurant, pizzeria and the bowling alley are open all year round. Thursdays closed. Open until 11 p.m. The tennis courts are opened from the beginning of April to the end of October.
